DHS is committed to advancing racial equity in the Springfield workforce through long-range solutions in technology education and a college dual enrollment model. We support personalized goals through applied learning, tiered academic and social supports, and high expectations for college and career readiness. At Discovery Polytech Early College High School, we build deep, embedded partnerships with co-conspirators at the city, state, and national levels, seamlessly connecting high school, college, and career pathways to expand access to living-wage, advancement-ready employment and reduce financial and opportunity barriers for college-bound students.
